- Once placed, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
- Please ensure all measurements, colors and design details are accurate before confirming your order.
- Customization is available on selected items and must be finalized before payment.
- Eunoia is not responsible for any incorrect details provided by the client.
- We deliver locally and internationally (shipping fees may apply).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics or customs delays.
- Fixing or alteration is available only if the mistake was from our side.
- If the issue is not our fault, additional fees may apply.
- We may accept or decline alteration requests depending on our current workload and pressure. If there’s a mistake on our side, we will accept and fix it.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final.
- For defects proven to be on our side, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
- Manufacturing defects reported within 72 hours of delivery will be reviewed.
- Warranty does not cover shrinkage, misuse or issues reported after one month of use.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item.
- This abaya must be dry-cleaned only.
- Any fabric changes, shrinkage or damage caused by home washing or incorrect care methods are not covered under warranty.
