📜 EUNOIA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Eunoia. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Production  

All abayas are made-to-order and require approximately 4–7 working weeks for production.  

Orders are confirmed upon full payment and cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.

2. Customization & Sizing  

Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design details are accurate before confirming your order.  

Customization is available on selected items and must be finalized prior to payment.  

Eunoia is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client.

3. Fabric Availability  

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of certain fabrics, availability is subject to confirmation within 24 hours of order placement.  

In rare cases where selected fabrics become unavailable, Eunoia reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery  

We offer both local and international shipping (shipping fees may apply).  

Delivery timelines are estimated and may occasionally be affected by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control. Eunoia will make reasonable efforts to keep clients updated regarding any significant delays.

5. International Duties & Customs  

For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.

6. Returns & Repairs  

Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.  

However, in cases of manufacturing defects confirmed by Eunoia, clients must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review and resolution.

7. Alterations After Delivery  

Any requested alterations after delivery may incur additional charges depending on the requested adjustment.

8. Fabric & Color Variations  

Slight variations in color, embroidery placement, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of our designs. These are not considered defects.

9. Brand Policy & Communication  

Orders are processed according to order sequence, and last-minute modifications or exceptions cannot always be guaranteed.  

Communication regarding orders must be through WhatsApp or official email only. Social media direct messages are not monitored for order inquiries.

10. Payments  

Full payment is required before production begins.  

Cash on delivery is not available.

11. Refund Method  

Any approved refunds will be processed exclusively through Shopify using the original payment method used during checkout.

12. Refused / Unclaimed Deliveries  

Eunoia is not responsible for orders that are refused, unclaimed, or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the client.

13. Respectful Interaction  

Eunoia reserves the right to decline service in cases of inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful communication.

14. Intellectual Property  

All designs, content, logos, images, and branding are the exclusive property of Eunoia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

15. Content Usage  

Eunoia reserves the right to use product photos, customer reviews, and order content for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

16. Force Majeure  

Eunoia shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping disruptions, customs delays, fabric shortages, or natural events.

17. Limitation of Liability  

Nothing in these terms excludes rights granted to consumers under applicable laws and regulations. Eunoia’s liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the purchased item.

18. Updates  

These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically.

19. Order Accuracy  

Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before completing the purchase, including measurements, selected design, shipping address, and contact information.

20. Governing Law  

These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

21. Acceptance of Terms  

By placing an order through our website, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Sizing Disclaimer  

Eunoia is not responsible for fitting issues in cases where the measurements provided by the client match the final delivered piece.

Customs & Import Regulations  

Clients are responsible for complying with the customs regulations and import policies of their destination country. Eunoia is not responsible for any customs-related delays, fees, holds, or rejected shipments.

الشروط والأحكام

مرحبًا بكم في Eunoia. باستخدامكم لموقعنا أو بإتمام عملية الشراء، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. الطلبات والإنتاج  

جميع العبايات يتم تفصيلها حسب الطلب، وتستغرق مدة الإنتاج تقريبًا من 4 إلى 7 أسابيع عمل.  

يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام الدفع الكامل، ولا يمكن تعديل الطلب أو إلغاؤه بعد بدء التنفيذ.

2. التخصيص والمقاسات  

يرجى التأكد من صحة جميع المقاسات والألوان والتفاصيل قبل تأكيد الطلب.  

التخصيص متوفر على موديلات محددة ويجب اعتماده قبل الدفع.  

لا تتحمل Eunoia مسؤولية أي معلومات غير صحيحة يتم تزويدنا بها من قبل العميل.

3. توفر الأقمشة  

نظرًا لطبيعة بعض الأقمشة المحدودة والحصرية، يتم تأكيد توفر القماش خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الطلب.  

وفي حال عدم توفر القماش، يحق لـ Eunoia إلغاء الطلب وإصدار استرداد كامل للمبلغ.

4. الشحن والتوصيل  

نوفر خدمة الشحن المحلي والدولي (قد يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن إضافية).  

مواعيد التوصيل تعتبر تقديرية، وقد تتأثر أحيانًا بشركات الشحن أو الإجراءات الجمركية أو ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة. وتلتزم Eunoia ببذل جهد معقول لإبلاغ العملاء بأي تأخير جوهري.

5. الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب  

بالنسبة للطلبات الدولية، فإن أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب أو رسوم استيراد تكون مسؤولية العميل بالكامل.

6. الاسترجاع والإصلاح  

نظرًا للطبيعة اليدوية وتصميم القطع حسب الطلب، فإن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال غير متاح بشكل عام.  

ومع ذلك، في حال وجود عيب مصنعي مثبت من جهة Eunoia، يجب التواصل خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة ليتم مراجعة الحالة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

7. التعديلات بعد الاستلام  

أي تعديلات مطلوبة بعد الاستلام قد تترتب عليها رسوم إضافية بحسب نوع التعديل المطلوب.

8. اختلاف الألوان والخامات  

قد تحدث اختلافات بسيطة في اللون أو توزيع التطريز أو ملمس القماش نتيجة الإضاءة أو إعدادات الشاشة أو طبيعة العمل اليدوي، ولا تعتبر هذه الاختلافات عيوبًا.

9. سياسة العلامة التجارية والتواصل  

تتم معالجة الطلبات حسب أولوية الاستلام، ولا يمكن دائمًا ضمان التعديلات أو الاستثناءات الأخيرة.  

يجب أن يكون التواصل بخصوص الطلبات عبر الواتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي فقط، ولا يتم اعتماد الرسائل الخاصة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للاستفسارات المتعلقة بالطلبات.

10. الدفع  

يشترط الدفع الكامل قبل بدء تنفيذ الطلب.  

خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام غير متوفرة.

11. طريقة استرداد المبالغ  

أي مبالغ مستردة تتم حصريًا عبر Shopify وباستخدام نفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة أثناء الطلب.

12. الطلبات المرفوضة أو غير المستلمة  

لا تتحمل Eunoia مسؤولية الطلبات التي يتم رفض استلامها أو عدم استلامها أو تأخرها بسبب إدخال معلومات شحن غير صحيحة من قبل العميل.

13. أسلوب التواصل  

يحق لـ Eunoia رفض تقديم الخدمة في حال وجود أسلوب غير لائق أو مسيء أو غير محترم أثناء التواصل.

14. الملكية الفكرية  

جميع التصاميم والمحتوى والشعارات والصور والهوية الخاصة بـ Eunoia تعتبر ملكية حصرية للعلامة التجارية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها أو إعادة إنتاجها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

15. استخدام المحتوى  

يحق لـ Eunoia استخدام صور المنتجات وآراء العملاء ومحتوى الطلبات لأغراض تسويقية وإعلانية ما لم يطلب العميل خلاف ذلك.

16. الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة  

لا تتحمل Eunoia مسؤولية أي تأخير ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة، بما في ذلك تأخير الشحن أو الجمارك أو نقص الأقمشة أو الظروف الطبيعية.

17. حدود المسؤولية  

لا تهدف هذه الشروط إلى استبعاد أي حقوق مكفولة للمستهلك بموجب القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها. وفي حال قيام أي مسؤولية على Eunoia، فتقتصر على قيمة المنتج الذي تم شراؤه فقط.

18. التحديثات  

يحق لـ Eunoia تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق، ويُنصح العملاء بمراجعتها بشكل دوري قبل إتمام أي عملية شراء.

19. دقة معلومات الطلب  

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية مراجعة والتأكد من جميع تفاصيل الطلب قبل إتمام عملية الشراء، بما في ذلك المقاسات والتصميم المختار وعنوان الشحن وبيانات التواصل

20. القانون المعمول به  

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة قطر

21. الموافقة على الشروط  

بإتمام الطلب عبر موقعنا، يقر العميل بأنه قد قرأ وفهم ووافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام

إخلاء مسؤولية المقاسات  

لا تتحمل Eunoia مسؤولية مشاكل القياس في حال كانت القطعة النهائية مطابقة للمقاسات المقدمة من قبل العميل.

الجمارك وأنظمة الاستيراد  

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية الالتزام بأنظمة الجمارك والاستيراد الخاصة بالدولة المرسل إليها الطلب. ولا تتحمل Eunoia مسؤولية أي تأخير أو رسوم أو حجز أو رفض للشحنة من قبل الجهات الجمركي
