It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 15-20 business days to arrive.

1. Alteration:

If the sizing issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, alterations are available for a fee of 150 Qatari Riyals.

However, if the sizing issue is a result of a factory error after we have taken the measurements, the alteration will be free of charge.

2. Order Responsibility:

Please ensure you select the correct measurements when placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products.

However, if we have a similar order available, we may consider an exchange.

3. Customer Behavior:

We strive to maintain a positive environment for both our customers and staff. Inappropriate behavior towards our employees may result in order cancellation.

1. التعديلات:

في حال كان الخطأ في المقاسات ناتجًا عن العميل نتيجة إدخال مقاسات غير دقيقة، يُتاح إجراء التعديل مقابل رسوم قدرها 150 ريال قطري.

أما إذا كان الخطأ ناتجًا عن المصنع بعد أخذ المقاسات، فسيتم إجراء التعديل مجانًا، دون أي رسوم إضافية.

2. مسؤولية الطلب:

نرجو منكم التأكد من إدخال المقاسات الصحيحة عند إتمام الطلب، حيث لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال للطلبات المصممة حسب الطلب.

وفي حال توفر قطعة مشابهة، قد ننظر في إمكانية الاستبدال.

3. سلوك العملاء:

نحرص على توفير بيئة راقية وإيجابية لجميع عملائنا وموظفينا. لذلك، فإن أي تصرف غير لائق تجاه فريق العمل قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الطلب.
